Beginners Sessions

Getting started in athletics is difficult. Can I run? Will I be fit enough? What about injuries? At the Harriers we are familiar with these concerns,that’s why we have established a beginners sessions on Thursdays at Tweedbank athletic track. Aimed at those new to running or those wanting to return to running after a spell away or injury. Newcomers are warmly welcomed and supported by our coaches, David Hunter, Tony Lunn and Eileen Nicol. come along and give it a try.
