Access Keys
Access keys are keyboard shortcuts that are intended to help users who have difficulty using pointing devices such as a mouse.
They simplify navigation by delivering quick access to important links.
Many web browsers support jumping to specific links by using the keyboard.
- On Windows, you can press Alt + an access key,
- on Macintosh, you can press Command + an access key.
Note: with the Opera browser, access keys that are numbers must use Shift + ESC + the access key.
The following access keys are available throughout this website:
| Access Key | Target |
|---|---|
| s | Skip navigation |
| 1 | Home page |
| 2 | News |
| 9 | Contact Us |
| 0 | Access key details |
Standards Compliance
This site was built using valid XHTML for markup and CSS for presentation. A modern web browser is needed to make the most out of this site, although it should still be usable in older browsers. Designing with standards means smaller, faster loading pages, and code that is easier to maintain.
