Race starts 7.30pm - Lauderdale Hotel
Registration from 7pm at Lauder Leisure Centre (£2)
Buffet provided afterwards
If you want to run, please sign list at Queens Centre and provide the time yo ran for your last 5/10km. This is required as the race is handicapped. Runners are started at different times depending on ability (slower first, fastest last).
