There was a healthy turn out of 16 Gala Harriers at the Hawick 10K on Sunday. On a blustery day, good times were at a premium but several harriers still managed to record personal bests. (more…)

Laura Goodson competing in her first Scottish championship at Grangemouth in the U13 800m race managed to take an impressive 6 seconds off her personal best to finish in 3rd spot. (more…)
