Self Transcendence Road Race series

Ron Logan and Suzanne Carson were trying out a bit of speed work last week at the Meadows in Edinburgh, competing in the Self Transcendence Road Race series. Ron Logan and Suzanne Carson were trying out a bit of speed work last week at the Meadows in Edinburgh, competing in the Self Transcendence Road Race series.

Their race was over two miles and wound its way round a somewhat complicated course on the paths around the Meadows park.

Ron was again in good form and ran the course in 10.30 min’s to finish 7th, while Suzanne had to work hard to win the ladies race in a time of 11.15 minutes.
